Damaged or Faulty Goods
At www.rings.uk.com we strive to ensure all goods reach our customers in excellent condition. If at any time it happens that you should receive damaged or faulty goods from us, please contact us immediately at 0870 284 4653, 10am - 7pm during the normal working days or use our Return System to send the goods back.
The goods must be returned within 14 days from the purchase in their original package. We recommend the goods to be sent through special delivery along with the appropriate insurance cover.
The goods will be deemed returned when signed for by us. Returned goods will only be credited, repaired or replaced if the damage has occurred prior to delivery, or if it is clear that the problem is due to a manufacturing fault. www.rings.uk.com cannot guarantee refunds or replacements of goods damaged due to wear and tear or mistreated in any way. Refunds, repairs and/or replacements are made at www.rings.uk.com own discretion.
Please note that any goods received, as gifts during promotions www.rings.uk.com is running must be sent back to us along with the goods that are being returned in case you are applying for a refund. If you do not send them back, www.rings.uk.com reserves the ring to charge you for them as well for P&P if applicable.
Refunds and replacements are arranged within 30 days of the date we receive the returned goods.
Cancellation
According to EU Distance Selling Directive part of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the consumer has the right to cancel any agreement within 7 days and get a full refund. The only exception is 'customized' goods. www.rings.uk.com considers as 'customised' goods any special orders placed - extreme ring sizes, custom made jewellery, initial pendants and similar items. As such, orders of these products cannot be cancelled under the regulation.
If you'd like to return any goods purchased from www.rings.uk.com, please use the Return System to get instructions of how to send the goods back. The goods must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and original package within 14 days of the delivery.

Due to reasons of hygiene we ship earrings in a transparent plastic bag which is sealed. We can only accept earrings back if they are returned the way they have been received to qualify for the guarantee.

P&P charges, where applicable, as well as any charges for resizing of rings to extreme sizes, any deposits made against a purchase, are non-refundable.
Rings of non-stock sizes (outside K-Q) are strictly non-refundable.
www.rings.uk.com cannot guarantee a refund for goods received outside the stated 14 days period. All Refunds are made at www.rings.uk.com own discretion.
Returned goods, which have been correctly supplied will be subject to a handling charge depending on value of item(s) see prices below.

£50.00 to £200.00 = £15.00
£200.00 to £500.00 = £25.00
Above £500.00 = £40.00
